We strolled a few houses down today and played with Rayna. We didn't really play "together" very much, but it was a fun time anyway! We'll learn! :)

My 1st Haircut

Today was my 1st haircut and, boy, am I glad it's over!!

It all started out okay...

But, that calm didn't last long!

Height: 32 1/2 in. (still off the chart! Dr. Alli says I'm making my own curve!)
Weight: 25 lbs 15 oz (just under 90%)
Head: 18 1/2 in.

I got 2 shots and 1 finger-prick too...I'm SO glad that it's over (Mommy is too!)!!

Our Sweet Walker James--Already a year old!

Well, Walker James, we made it! ONE YEAR! Your dada and I can hardly believe it's been 365 days since you were born. Every day with you has been absolute heaven (even those early, sleepless ones!). We are in awe of the little boy you are & are becoming...hard to believe that brown-haired, dark skinned (thanks to a bit of jaundice) newborn has grown into a tall, blonde- haired toddler!! What a handsome boy!!

Walker, know we love you more than anything on Earth and would do anything for you. You bring us pure joy and have shown us the meaning of unconditional love. Your smile melts our hearts, your laugh makes our hearts overflow, and your tears even move us. I won't go on and on (I'll leave that for your baby book!) but we couldn't be any more proud of you & thankful to be your parents.

HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

Wow, what a great birthday!! I can hardly believe it's been a year since I was born...time flies when you're having fun!! :)

The day started with blueberry waffles & scrambled eggs--yummy!

After church, we met Grandmother & Granddaddy, Mimi & Poppy, and Uncle Brady for lunch.

Busy Friday

Daddy's away, but Mommy and I still play!! Whew, we had a busy day today!!

Fun Holiday Weekend

Whew, what a great 4th of July weekend!! We stayed in town & enjoyed time with family and friends--it was perfect!!

We headed to Uncle Brady's pool on Friday...

Then it was to Mimi & Poppy's for our annual cookout...

We even celebrated Mommy's birthday a few days early...yummy cake!!

I'm glad I was able to help Mommy blow out her candles--there were a lot of them!! :)

Saturday we headed to Robbie's 1st Birthday party...it was so fun to see everyone & enjoy a special music class!!
